On February 27, 2026, Allstate Lending Group, Inc. and Allstate Lending Group Servicing LLC each filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The cases are pending before the Honorable Neil W. Bason and are being jointly administered under Case No. 2:26-bk-11879-NB. 

Debtors have retained Howard Grobstein and Grobstein Teeple LLP as the Chief Restructuring Officer and restructuring officer personnel. Raines Feldman Littrell LLP has been employed as general bankruptcy counsel.

On March 18, 2026, the Office of the United States Trustee appointed the Committee of Unsecured Creditors. The Committee members are: (1)C-Family Investments, (2) Denise Cervenka, (3) Scott Hackman, (4) Jeff Keenan, and (5) Marks Capital.

The Committee selected the law firm of Franklin Soto Leeds LLP as its attorney. The Committee may be contacted through its counsel.
